Supporting the military community is not just the right thing to do — it’s vital to our future. Based on what we have learned from research, we are influencing systemic change in the areas of careers, financial security and well-being. Every action is designed to empower the community and strengthen the future of those who serve. Your support will provide impact in the following areas:

• Building meaningful careers: Veterans and military spouses bring unmatched talent to the workforce. But too often they face barriers that keep them from reaching their full potential. The challenge is not a lack of talent, it is a lack of recognition, opportunity, and continuity. We are focused on portability of licensing, predictability for planning, and public and private partnership to increase veteran and military spouse employment.  

• Supporting financial security: Military families face the same financial pressures as everyone else, plus other challenges unique to service. Service should not come at the cost of financial security. Our role is to help military families build confidence today, stability tomorrow and lasting security for the future.

• Promoting overall well-being: Well-being is more than access to health care. It is about belonging, purpose and the chance to continue serving in meaningful ways. The military community navigates significant barriers that can make it harder to reach out for support. We are committed to reshaping how we think about well-being because when the military community is supported, the nation is stronger.
